Museum Rental Information

Conference Room

The museum conference room, with a capacity of 24, is available for rental daily from 9 am to 5 pm. The room includes AV Equipment. In addition, it also has a ceiling-mounted LED projector with laptop connections, pull-down screen, and dry-erase board with flipchart.
Classroom / Conference Room includes:

  • Multi-day discount
  • Admission to museum exhibits

Third Floor

The third floor of the museum, with a capacity of 65, is available for rentals 7 days a week. This scenic area can be opened up to fit tables, chairs and even a buffet!

Entire Rig

All three levels of the museum, accommodating up to 300, are available for rent for evening events such as dinners, receptions, weddings, family reunions, and dances. The rental is an all-day rental from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.


Entire Rig Museum includes:

  • After hours exclusive access for guests to all museum exhibits and outside decks
  • Uniformed docent staff

Rental Details

You must secure a tentative date with the proper deposit and signed contract within two weeks of making a reservation. Your date will be confirmed in writing when you receive the required deposit.
